Python Job: Senior Software Developer

Project Description

We are in a need to strengthen our backend development, and due to the fact we are utilizing AWS services heavily, a perfect candidate would have Python knowledge and experience in AWS (nice to have). Besides it is important that candidate would have knowledge how frontent works and have practical experience on making frontend and backend work together the best way.

Hence, a Python developer with good understanding of GraphQL would be a good match. GraphQL especially since it defines how our code is structured. DynamoDB experience is not that critical, as we use it for simple scenarios.

Responsibilities

You would take part in full software development lifecycle in an Agile development team.
Main responsibilities are: to analyze requirements, design, implement, test, document, deploy, support and troubleshoot the code with the team.
Production support and customer issue resolution and correction will be also part of your job, as well as actively learning and sharing best practices of development, contribute in Code Review processes and other.

Skills

Must have

• Python
• Working experience in container based microservices and/or serverless / AWS backend
• DevOps and infrastructure skills with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, Ansible and Terraform

Nice to have skills are:
AWS Lambdas written in Python
AWS AppSync (GraphQL)
AWS DynamoDB
HTTP
React-Redux
